     1  1    Amend the amendment, S=3182, to House File 619, as
     1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
     1  3 follows:
     1  4 #1.  Page 13, by inserting after line 33 the
     1  5 following:
     1  6    <Sec.    .  Section 232.68, subsection 2, Code
     1  7 2005, is amended by adding the following new
     1  8 paragraph:
     1  9    NEW PARAGRAPH.  i.  Cohabitation with a person
     1 10 required to register as a sex offender under chapter
     1 11 692A in violation of section 726.6.>
     1 12 #2.  Page 14, by inserting after line 28 the
     1 13 following:
     1 14    <Sec.    .  Section 726.6, subsection 1, Code 2005,
     1 15 is amended by adding the following new paragraph:
     1 16    NEW PARAGRAPH.  h.  Knowingly cohabits with a
     1 17 person required to register as a sex offender under
     1 18 chapter 692A.  However, this paragraph does not apply
     1 19 to a person who is a parent, guardian, or a person
     1 20 having custody or control over a child or a minor who
     1 21 is required to register as a sex offender.>
