     1  1    Amend the amendment, S=3182, to House File 619, as
     1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
     1  3 follows:
     1  4 #1.  Page 9, by striking lines 16 through 40.
     1  5 #2.  Page 12, by striking line 22.
     1  6 #3.  Page 12, line 23, by inserting after the words
     1  7 <county sheriff> the following:  <or police
     1  8 department>.
     1  9 #4.  Page 12, by striking lines 25 through 31.
     1 10 #5.  Page 12, by inserting before line 32 the
     1 11 following:
     1 12    <Sec.    .  Section 692A.13, subsection 2,
     1 13 paragraph b, Code 2005, is amended to read as follows:
     1 14    b.  The general public, including public and
     1 15 private agencies, organizations, public places, public
     1 16 and private schools, child care facilities, religious
     1 17 and youth organizations, neighbors, neighborhood
     1 18 associations, community meetings, and employers.
     1 19 Registry information may be distributed to the public
     1 20 through printed materials, visual or audio press
     1 21 releases, radio communications, or through a criminal
     1 22 or juvenile justice agency's web page.
     1 23    Sec.    .  Section 692A.13, Code 2005, is amended
     1 24 by adding the following new subsection:
     1 25    NEW SUBSECTION.  2A.  When a person required to
     1 26 register under this chapter moves into a school
     1 27 district or moves within a school district, the county
     1 28 sheriff of the county of the person's new residence
     1 29 shall provide relevant information from the sex
     1 30 offender registry to the administrative office of the
     1 31 school district in which the person required to
     1 32 register resides.>
     1 33 #6.  Page 22, line 21, by striking the word
