Page 18, by striking line 15, and inserting 1 10 the following: <horizontally separated from the 1 11 outside edge of the berm of the basin. For an area of 1 12 the basin where there is not a berm, the drainage tile 1 13 line shall be rerouted at least fifty feet 1 14 horizontally separated from the edge of the basin.> 1 15 #3.
