     1  2 #1.  Page 2, line 1, by inserting after the words
     1  3 <directors of> the following:  <eligible>.
     1  4 #2.  Page 2, line 25, by striking the word
     1  5 <"before> and inserting the following:  <unless the
     1  6 context otherwise requires:
     1  7    a.  "Before>.
     1  8 #3.  Page 2, by inserting after line 28 the
     1  9 following:
     1 10    <b.  "Eligible school district" means a school
     1 11 district that meets either of the following criteria:
     1 12    (1)  The department of management determines that
     1 13 the school district has an assessed property tax
     1 14 valuation per pupil below the statewide average
     1 15 assessed property tax valuation per pupil.
     1 16    (2)  The department of management determines that
     1 17 the rate of property tax levied by the school district
     1 18 per one thousand dollars of assessed valuation for
     1 19 school funding purposes exceeds the statewide average
     1 20 rate of property tax levied by school districts per
     1 21 one thousand dollars of assessed valuation for school
     1 22 funding purposes.>
     1 23 #4.  Page 2, line 29, by striking the word <a> and
     1 24 inserting the following:  <an eligible>.
     1 25 #5.  Page 3, line 13, by striking the word <a> and
