     1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
     1  3 #1.  Page 11, by striking lines 19 and 20, and
     1  4 inserting the following:
     1  5    <d.  A person, other than a person authorized to
     1  6 prescribe prescription drugs under state and federal
     1  7 law, shall not alter the prescription of a
     1  8 participant.>
     1  9 #2.  Page 15, by inserting after line 22, the
     1 10 following:
     1 11    <Sec.    .  EFFECTIVE DATE.  This Act, being deemed
     1 12 of immediate importance, takes effect upon enactment.>
     1 13 #3.  Title page, lines 1 and 2, by striking the
     1 14 words <and providing penalties> and inserting the
