     1  1    Amend Senate File 303 as follows:
     1  2 #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 33 through 35, and
     1  3 inserting the following:  <health care facility.  For
     1  4 the purposes of this section, "another business or
     1  5 activity" shall not include laboratory services with
     1  6 the exception of laboratory services for which a
     1  7 waiver from regulatory oversight has been obtained
     1  8 under the federal Clinical Laboratory Improvement
     1  9 Amendments of 1988, Pub. L. No. 100=578, as amended,
     1 10 radiological services, anesthesiology services,
     1 11 obstetrical services, surgical services, or emergency
     1 12 room services provided by hospitals licensed under
     1 13 chapter 135B.>
