     1  2 #1.  Page 2, line 17, by striking the word <that>
     1  3 and inserting the following:  <eighty percent of
     1  4 which>.
     1  5 #2.  Page 2, line 20, by inserting after the word
     1  6 <commission> the following:  <and twenty percent of
     1  7 which shall be used and is appropriated for the
     1  8 purpose of assisting with the cost of processing deer
     1  9 donated to the harvested deer program established
     1 10 under section 483A.24A and administered by the
     1 11 department of corrections in cooperation with the
     1 12 commission>.
     1 13 #3.  Page 2, by inserting before line 21 the
     1 14 following:  <Any fees appropriated for the use of
     1 15 either program that are not used by that program may
     1 16 be used by the other program as necessary as
     1 17 determined by the commission.>
     1 18 #4.  Page 2, line 25, by striking the word <that>
