     1  6 inserting the following:  <medical insurance under
     1  7 family coverage plans to all new employees.>
     1  8 #3.  Page 4, by striking lines 1 through 4 and
     1  9 inserting the following:  <shipments of tangible
     1 10 personal property to customers provided that not more
     1 11 than ten percent of the dollar amount of goods are
     1 12 delivered and shipped so as to be included in the
     1 13 gross sales of the corporation within this state as
