     1  1    Amend the amendment, H=8510, to House File 2770 as
     1  2 follows:
     1  3 #1.  Page 3, by striking lines 9 through 24 and
     1  4 inserting the following:
     1  5    <4.  The board of directors of the organization
     1  6 shall consist of all of the following members:
     1  7    a.  Three members of the state board of regents
     1  8 appointed by the state board of regents.
     1  9    b.  Two members appointed by a single bioscience
     1 10 development organization identified by the department
     1 11 pursuant to section 15G.111, subsection 2.
     1 12    c.  Five members appointed by the governor and
     1 13 confirmed by the senate pursuant to section 2.32 as
     1 14 follows:
     1 15    (1)  Two members with expertise in advanced
     1 16 manufacturing.
     1 17    (2)  Two members with expertise in information
     1 18 technology.
     1 19    (3)  One member who shall serve as the chairperson
     1 20 of the board.>
