     1  1    Amend House File 2770 as follows:
     1  2 #1.  Page 2, line 35, by striking the words <fifty
     1  3 percent of the number of> and inserting the following:
     1  4 <all>.
     1  5 #2.  Page 3, by striking lines 17 through 19 and
     1  6 inserting the following:  <medical insurance under
     1  7 family coverage plans to all new employees.>
     1  8 #3.  By striking page 3, line 22, through page 4,
     1  9 line 4, and inserting the following:
     1 10    <NEW SUBSECTION.  8.  Storing tangible personal
     1 11 property in a warehouse located in Iowa which is not
     1 12 owned by the corporation provided that not more than
     1 13 twenty=five percent of the dollar amount of the goods
     1 14 are delivered or shipped so as to be included in the
     1 15 gross sales of the corporation within this state as
     1 16 provided in section 422.33, subsection 2, paragraph
     1 17 "b", subparagraph (6), provided that not more than
     1 18 twenty=five percent of the dollar amount of the goods
     1 19 sold through the warehouse are sold to customers in
     1 20 Iowa.>
