     1  1    Amend House File 2772 as follows:
     1  2 #1.  Page 3, by striking lines 28 through 33 and
     1  3 inserting the following:
     1  4    <d.  The cost=share component's financial
     1  5 eligibility requirements shall be established in
     1  6 administrative rule.  In establishing the
     1  7 requirements, the department shall consider the
     1  8 eligibility and cost=share requirements used for the
     1  9 hawk=i program under chapter 514I.  The individual
     1 10 must meet the cost=share component's financial
     1 11 eligibility requirements and be willing to pay a cost=
     1 12 share for the cost=share component.>
