     1  3 line 2, and inserting the following:
     1  4    <   .  "Feral swine" means swine, including a
     1  5 Russian boar or European wild boar, that does not have
     1  6 an easily discernible ear tag affixed in either ear of
     1  7 the swine or other form of conspicuous identification
     1  8 and that is roaming freely on private land or public
     1  9 land without the landowner's consent.>
