     1  3 inserting the following:
     1  4    <2.  If the person filing the petition is a private
     1  5 child=placing agency as defined in section 238.2 or if
     1  6 the person filing the petition or the person on whose
     1  7 behalf the petition is filed is indigent, the
     1  8 appointed attorney shall be paid reasonable attorney
     1  9 fees as determined by the state public defender.>
