     1  2 #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 4 the
     1  3 following:
     1  4    <Sec. ___.  Section 235B.6, subsection 1, Code
     1  5 Supplement 2005, is amended to read as follows:
     1  6    1.  Notwithstanding chapter 22, the confidentiality
     1  7 of all dependent adult abuse information shall be
     1  8 maintained, except as specifically provided by
     1  9 subsections 2 and 3.  The department shall not reveal
     1 10 the identity of the reporter of dependent adult abuse
     1 11 unless otherwise ordered by the court or an
     1 12 administrative law judge.>
