     1  1    Amend House File 2445 as follows:
     1  2 #1.  Page 3, by inserting after line 12 the
     1  3 following:
     1  4    <Sec.    .  Section 256F.4, subsection 2, Code
     1  5 2005, is amended by adding the following new
     1  6 paragraph:
     1  7    NEW PARAGRAPH.  k.  Comply with the federal No
     1  8 Child Left Behind Act of 2001, Pub. L. No. 107=110,
     1  9 and any federal regulations adopted pursuant to the
     1 10 federal Act, and meet the requirements of section
     1 11 256.7, subsection 21.>
     1 12 #2.  Page 4, by inserting after line 4 the
     1 13 following:
     1 14    <Sec.    .  Section 256F.4, subsection 6, Code
     1 15 2005, is amended by striking the subsection.>
     1 16 #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
