     1  1    Amend the amendment, H=8025, to House File 2351 as
     1  2 follows:
     1  3 #1.  Page 1, by inserting before line 47, the
     1  4 following:
     1  5    <#   .  Page 17, by inserting before line 27, the
     1  6 following:
     1  7    <Sec.    .  NEW SECTION.  6B.62  PROPERTY TAXES ON
     1  8 CERTAIN REPLACEMENT PROPERTY.
     1  9    Notwithstanding any other provision to the
     1 10 contrary, for ten fiscal years following condemnation,
     1 11 property taxes on replacement property acquired by a
     1 12 prior owner within the same county where the condemned
     1 13 property is located shall not exceed the lesser of the
     1 14 amount of property taxes levied against the condemned
     1 15 property during the fiscal year in which the property
     1 16 was acquired by the acquiring agency or the amount of
     1 17 property taxes levied against the replacement property
     1 18 for the current fiscal year.>>
