     1  3 and figure <section 44.4.> the following:  <If a
     1  4 candidate withdraws, dies, or is removed from the

     1  6 determined, such candidate's name shall be removed
     1  7 from the ballot, and the order of the remaining names
     1  8 shall not be changed.>
