     1  1    Amend the Senate amendment, H=1634, to House File
     1  2 761, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the House,
     1  3 as follows:
     1  4 #1.  Page 7, by inserting after line 14 the
     1  5 following:
     1  6    <Sec.    .   COLOCATION OF STATE EARLY CHILDHOOD
     1  7 STAFF PLAN.  The community empowerment office of the
     1  8 department of management shall develop a plan to
     1  9 physically or virtually colocate the state
     1 10 administrative offices of the state programs directed
     1 11 to children from birth to age five and the associated
     1 12 state administrative staff.  The plan shall be
     1 13 presented to the chairpersons and ranking members of
     1 14 the committees on human resources of the senate and
     1 15 the house of representatives on or before January 16,
     1 16 2006.>
