     1  2 761, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the House,
     1  3 as follows:
     1  4 #1.  Page 6, by striking lines 43 through 45 and
     1  5 inserting the following:
     1  6    <Each school district shall administer diagnostic
     1  7 assessments for measuring reading accuracy and fluency
     1  8 skills, including but not limited to phonemic
     1  9 awareness, oral reading ability, and comprehension
     1 10 skills, to every kindergarten student>.
