1 1 Amend House File 880 as follows:
1 2 #1. Page 2, by striking lines 2 through 27 and
1 3 inserting the following:
1 4 <a. For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2005,
1 5 ninety=five percent of the receipts shall be deposited
1 6 in the general fund and five percent of the receipts
1 7 shall be transferred to the shelter assistance fund.
1 8 b. For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2006,
1 9 ninety=five percent of the receipts, less one million
1 10 dollars which shall be transferred to the housing
1 11 trust fund, shall be deposited in the general fund and
1 12 five percent of the receipts shall be transferred to
1 13 the shelter assistance fund.
1 14 c. For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2007,
1 15 ninety=five percent of the receipts, less two million
1 16 dollars which shall be transferred to the housing
1 17 trust fund, shall be deposited in the general fund and
1 18 five percent of the receipts shall be transferred to
1 19 the shelter assistance fund.
1 20 d. For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2008,
1 21 seventy percent of the receipts shall be deposited in
1 22 the general fund, twenty=five percent of the receipts
1 23 shall be transferred to the housing trust fund, and
1 24 five percent of the receipts shall be transferred to
1 25 the shelter assistance fund.
1 26 e. For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2009,
1 27 sixty=five percent of the receipts shall be deposited
1 28 in the general fund, thirty percent of the receipts
1 29 shall be transferred to the housing trust fund, and
1 30 five percent of the receipts shall be transferred to
1 31 the shelter assistance fund.
1 32 f. For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2010,
1 33 sixty percent of the receipts shall be deposited in
1 34 the general fund, thirty=five percent of the receipts
1 35 shall be transferred to the housing trust fund, and
1 36 five percent of the receipts shall be transferred to
1 37 the shelter assistance fund.
1 38 g. For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2011,
1 39 fifty=five percent of the receipts shall be deposited
1 40 in the general fund, forty percent of the receipts
1 41 shall be transferred to the housing trust fund, and
1 42 five percent of the receipts shall be transferred to
1 43 the shelter assistance fund.
1 44 h. For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2012, and
1 45 each fiscal year thereafter, fifty percent of the
1 46 receipts shall be deposited in the general fund,
1 47 forty=five percent of the receipts shall be
1 48 transferred to the housing trust fund, and five
1 49 percent of the receipts shall be transferred to the
1 50 shelter assistance fund.>
