     1  4 inserting the following:  <appointment.>
     1  5 #2.  Page 5, by striking lines 19 and 20, and
     1  6 inserting the following:  <The records shall be open
     1  7 for inspection by the department at any reasonable
     1  8 time by appointment.>
     1  9 #3.  Page 7, line 8, by inserting after the word
     1 10 <chapter> the following:  <, if access was denied
     1 11 during a mutually agreed upon appointment>.
