     1  1    Amend the amendment, H=1506, to House File 874 as
     1  2 follows:
     1  3 #1.  Page 2, by striking lines 7 through 10, and
     1  4 inserting the following:
     1  5    <   .  "Fence" means a boundary fence of at least
     1  6 eight feet in height above ground level that encloses
     1  7 confined whitetail within a landowner's property.>
     1  8 #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
