2 7 c. For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2007, and
2 8 ending June 30, 2008, the sum of fifty million
2 9 dollars.
2 10 d. For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2008, and
2 11 ending June 30, 2009, the sum of fifty million
2 12 dollars.>

2 25 including health, life, and fire safety needs, and for
2 26 compliance with the federal Americans With
2 27 Disabilities Act, for state buildings and facilities
2 28 under the purview of the department:
2 29 FY 2006=2007...................................... $ 10,000,000
2 30 FY 2007=2008...................................... $ 40,000,000
2 31 FY 2008=2009...................................... $ 40,000,000
2 32 Notwithstanding section 8.33, moneys appropriated
2 33 in this section shall not revert at the close of the
2 34 fiscal year for which they were appropriated but shall
2 35 remain available for the purposes designated until the
2 36 close of the fiscal year that begins July 1, 2010, or
2 37 until the project for which the appropriation was made
2 38 is completed, whichever is earlier.>
