     1  1    Amend Senate File 206, as amended, passed, and
     1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
     1  3 #1.  Page 6, by inserting after line 21, the
     1  4 following:
     1  5    <Sec.    .  Section 483A.24, subsection 2, Code
     1  6 2005, is amended by adding the following new
     1  7 paragraph:
     1  8    NEW PARAGRAPH.  f.  A deer hunting license or wild
     1  9 turkey hunting license issued pursuant to this
     1 10 subsection shall be attested by the signature of the
     1 11 person to whom the license is issued and shall contain
     1 12 a statement in substantially the following form:
     1 13    By signing this license I certify that I qualify as
     1 14 an owner or tenant under Iowa Code section 483A.24.
     1 15    A person who makes a false attestation as described
     1 16 in this paragraph is guilty of a simple misdemeanor.
     1 17 In addition, the person's hunting license shall be
     1 18 revoked and the person shall not be issued a hunting
     1 19 license for a period of one year.>
