     1  1    Amend the amendment, H=1221, to House File 619 as
     1  2 follows:
     1  3 #1.  Page 1, by inserting before line 4 the
     1  4 following:
     1  5    <<Sec.    .  Section 692A.1, subsection 8, Code
     1  6 2005, is amended to read as follows:
     1  7    8.  "Residence" means the place where a person
     1  8 sleeps, which may include more than one location, and
     1  9 may be mobile or transitory including a shelter or
     1 10 group home.>
