     1  3 #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 2 through 9 and
     1  4 inserting the following:

     1  6 <board.> the following:  <Education requirements shall
     1  7 be determined by the board by rule, according to
     1  8 standards to be determined by the board.>
     1  9 #   .  Page 1, line 10, by striking the word
     1 10 <Completion> and inserting the following:  <Successful
     1 11 completion>.
