     1  5 #2.  Page 4, by striking lines 4 through 7, and
     1  6 inserting the following:
     1  7    <1.  The retail sale or offer of direct retail sale
     1  8 of a prescription drug, as defined in section 155A.3,
     1  9 through the use of electronic mail or the internet by
     1 10 a person other than a licensed pharmacist, physician,
