     1  1    Amend House File 786 as follows:
     1  2 #1.  By striking page 1, line 33 through page 2,
     1  3 line 2, and inserting the following:  <health care
     1  4 facility.  For the purposes of this section, "another
     1  5 business or activity" shall not include laboratory
     1  6 services with the exception of laboratory services for
     1  7 which a waiver from regulatory oversight has been
     1  8 obtained under the federal Clinical Laboratory
     1  9 Improvement Amendments of 1988, Pub. L. No. 100=578,
     1 10 as amended, radiological services, anesthesiology
     1 11 services, obstetrical services, surgical services, or
     1 12 emergency room services provided by hospitals licensed
     1 13 under chapter 135B.>
