     1  5 RESERVATIONS == PUBLIC HUNTING ACCESS.
     1  6    On and after January 1, 2006, a nonresident owner
     1  7 of land in this state making application for a tax
     1  8 exemption for a forest reservation pursuant to section
     1  9 427C.3 shall agree to allow public access for walk=in
     1 10 hunting on the forest reservation during the period of
     1 11 tax exemption.>
