     1  4 #1.  Page 1, lines 28 and 29, by striking the words
     1  5 <may distribute up to eighty> and inserting the
     1  6 following:  <shall distribute seventy=five>.
     1  7 #2.  Page 1, line 33, by striking the words <the
     1  8 remainder> and inserting the following:  <twenty=five
     1  9 percent>.
