     1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
     1  3 follows:
     1  4 #1.  Page 15, line 36, by inserting after the
     1  5 figure <2004> the following:  <and less the annual
     1  6 amount, as determined pursuant to an audit by the
     1  7 commission, distributed by the licensee for
     1  8 educational, civic, public, charitable, patriotic, or
     1  9 religious uses as defined in section 99B.7, subsection
     1 10 3, paragraph "b">.
