     1  1    Amend the amendment, S=5312, to House File 2302, as
     1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
     1  3 follows:
     1  4 #1.  Page 15, line 45, by inserting after the word
     1  5 <boat.> the following:  <If the commission issues any
     1  6 additional licenses to conduct gambling games under
     1  7 this chapter in addition to the number of licenses
     1  8 issued as of January 1, 2004, such license shall only
     1  9 be issued for a facility if the applicant facility
     1 10 will be located more than fifty miles from a facility
     1 11 to which a license to conduct gambling games has been
     1 12 granted under this chapter.>
