     1  1    Amend the amendment, S=5312, to House File 2302, as
     1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
     1  3 follows:
     1  4 #1.  Page 28, line 35, by inserting after the word
     1  5 <dollars.> the following:  <A holder of a license
     1  6 awarded pursuant to an auction conducted as provided
     1  7 by this subsection shall, as a condition of receiving
     1  8 a license under this subsection, conduct pari=mutuel
     1  9 wagering at the same racetrack facility within the
     1 10 applicable county that was operated by the holder of
     1 11 the license prior to the auction and shall enter into
     1 12 a governmental operating agreement consistent with the
     1 13 requirements of this section.  The governmental
     1 14 operating agreement required by this subsection shall
     1 15 provide that the holder of the license awarded
     1 16 pursuant to this subsection shall enter into an
     1 17 agreement with the applicable local governing body
     1 18 that provides for the continued payment of moneys from
     1 19 the holder of the license to the applicable local
     1 20 governing body in an amount that is monetarily
     1 21 consistent with the amount previously required to be
     1 22 received by the local governing body from the prior
     1 23 licensee.>
