     1  4    <Section 1.  NEW SECTION.  80.43  SHARE THE ROAD
     1  5 PROGRAM == APPROPRIATION.
     1  6    There is appropriated annually from the general
     1  7 fund of the state to the department of public safety
     1  8 the sum of ten million dollars to develop and
     1  9 implement mandatory "share the road" motor vehicle
     1 10 driver education for all licensed drivers in the
     1 11 state.>
     1 12 #2.  Title page, line 1, by inserting after the
     1 13 word <highways> the following:  <, establishing share
