     1  1    Amend House File 675, as amended, passed, and
     1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
     1  3 #1.  Page 16, by inserting after line 33, the
     1  4 following:
     1  5    <4.  A continuing care retirement community that is
     1  6 in compliance with chapter 523D shall not be held in
     1  7 violation of this chapter if the continuing care
     1  8 retirement community provides services to its
     1  9 independent living residents.>
     1 10 #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
