     1  2 #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 1 through 9 and
     1  3 inserting the following:
     1  4    <Sec.    .  Section 707.8, subsection 6, Code 2003,
     1  5 is amended to read as follows:
     1  6    6.  A person who unintentionally terminates a human
     1  7 pregnancy while drag racing in violation of section
     1  8 321.278 is guilty of a class "D" "C" felony.>
     1  9 #2.  Title page, by striking lines 1 through 3, and
     1 10 inserting the following:  <An Act relating to
     1 11 unintentional termination of a human pregnancy while
     1 12 drag racing and providing a penalty.>
