     1  1    Amend Senate File 2266, as passed by the Senate, as
     1  2 follows:
     1  3 #1.  Page 1, line 9, by inserting after the word
     1  4 <agency> the following:  <or if a clandestine
     1  5 laboratory site had previously been located on the
     1  6 property.  If a clandestine laboratory site had
     1  7 previously been located on the property, the landlord
     1  8 or a person authorized to enter into a rental
     1  9 agreement on behalf of the landlord shall certify in
     1 10 writing before the commencement of the tenancy that a
     1 11 cleanup of the clandestine laboratory site has
     1 12 occurred.  For purposes of this subsection,
     1 13 "clandestine laboratory site" and "cleanup" mean the
     1 14 same as in section 124C.1>.
