     1  1    Amend the amendment, H=8104, to House File 2302 as
     1  2 follows:
     1  3 #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 2 through 23 and
     1  4 inserting the following:
     1  5    <#   .  Page 13, by inserting after line 5 the
     1  6 following:
     1  7    <Sec.    .  NEW SECTION.  99F.4D  COUNTY
     1  8 DISTRIBUTION OF REVENUES.
     1  9    If a county receives a portion of revenues from
     1 10 gambling games from a licensee of a racetrack
     1 11 enclosure that conducts gambling games, the county,
     1 12 subject to any agreement in existence as of the
     1 13 effective date of this section of this Act, shall
     1 14 distribute to cities in the county an amount equal to
     1 15 ten percent of the payments to be made each fiscal
     1 16 year to the owner of the facility by the lessee of the
     1 17 facility, to be distributed to the cities based upon
     1 18 the proportion of the total actual value of all tax=
     1 19 exempt property in the county which is located within
     1 20 cities in the county.  The distribution to each city
     1 21 in the county shall be determined by the county
     1 22 assessor by multiplying the total amount to be paid by
     1 23 the owner of the facility to all cities in the county
     1 24 by the percentage of the actual value of tax=exempt
     1 25 property located in each city as a proportion of the
     1 26 total actual value of all tax=exempt property located
     1 27 in all cities in the county>.

     1 29 figure <2004> the following:  <and less an amount
     1 30 equal to ten percent of the payments to be made each
     1 31 fiscal year to the owner of the facility by the lessee
     1 32 of the facility>.

     1 34 following:
     1 35    <   .  The section of this Act enacting section
     1 36 99F.4D, being deemed of immediate importance, takes
     1 37 effect upon enactment.>>
