     1  1    Amend the amendment, H=8045, to House File 2302 as
     1  2 follows:
     1  3 #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 2 through 16, and
     1  4 inserting the following:
     1  5    <#   .  Page 16, line 10, by inserting after the
     1  6 word <commission.> the following:  <However, the
     1  7 commission shall require that a licensee issued a
     1  8 table games license under this subsection shall reduce
     1  9 the number of slot machines by the same number of
     1 10 tables the licensee adds to conduct table games.>>
     1 11 #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
