     1  1    Amend House File 2302 as follows:
     1  2 #1.  Page 20, by inserting after line 10, the
     1  3 following:
     1  4    <Sec.    .  Section 99F.7, subsection 6, Code 2003,
     1  5 is amended to read as follows:
     1  6    6.  It is the intent of the general assembly that
     1  7 employees be paid at least twenty=five percent above
     1  8 the federal minimum wage level.  Each licensee shall
     1  9 submit a yearly report to the commission listing the
     1 10 position and compensation of each officer, employee,
     1 11 or contractor of the licensee earning thirty thousand
     1 12 dollars or more for that year and listing, by salary
     1 13 and position but not by name, those employees earning
     1 14 less than thirty thousand dollars.>
