1 2 #1. Page 1, lines 34 and 35, by striking the words

1 7 pharmacy examiners>.
1 8 #2. Page 2, by striking lines 18 and 19 and
1 9 inserting the following:
1 10 <Sec. . Section 148.13, subsection 1, Code
1 11 2003, is amended to read as follows:
1 12 1. The board of medical examiners shall adopt
1 13 rules setting forth in detail its criteria and
1 14 procedures for determining the ineligibility of a
1 15 physician to serve as a supervising physician under
1 16 chapter 148C. The rules shall be adopted as soon as
1 17 possible after the effective date of this Act and in
1 18 no event later than December 31, 1988 provide that a
1 19 physician may serve as a supervising physician under
1 20 chapter 148C until such time as the board determines,
1 21 following normal disciplinary procedures, that the
1 22 physician is ineligible to serve in that capacity.>

1 26 #4. Page 4, by inserting after line 16 the
1 27 following:
1 28 <6. The board shall adopt rules pursuant to this
