     1  2 #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 1 through 21.
     1  3 #2.  Page 1, by inserting before line 22 the
     1  4 following:
     1  5    <Sec.    .  NEW SECTION.  262B.7  FUNDING.
     1  6    There is annually appropriated from the general
     1  7 fund of the state to the state board of regents forty=
     1  8 five thousand dollars for purposes of providing a
     1  9 single point of contact to assist in the
     1 10 implementation of this chapter.>
     1 11 #3.  Page 1, line 22, by striking the figure
     1 12 <262B.6> and inserting the following:  <262B.11>.
     1 13 #4.  Page 1, line 28, by inserting after the word
     1 14 <businesses.> the following:  <The program shall
     1 15 include the three universities under the control of
     1 16 the state board of regents and all accredited private
     1 17 universities located in the state.>
     1 18 #5.  Page 3, line 22, by inserting after the word
     1 19 <department> the following:  <for each of the five
     1 20 years following the tax year in which the business is
     1 21 approved under the program>.
