     1  1    Amend House File 33 as follows:
     1  2 #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 6 through 12 and
     1  3 inserting the following:
     1  4    <NEW PARAGRAPH.  t.  Wholesale bait dealer license .. $ 125.00
     1  5    Sec.    .  Section 483A.1, subsection 2, paragraph
     1  6 l, Code 2003, is amended to read as follows:
     1  7    l.  Bait Retail bait dealer license ................. $  66.00
     1  8                                                            125.00
     1  9 or the amount for the same type of license
     1 10 in the nonresident's state, whichever is
     1 11 greater
     1 12    Sec.    .  Section 483A.1, subsection 2, Code 2003,
     1 13 is amended by adding the following new paragraph:
     1 14    NEW PARAGRAPH.  t.  Wholesale bait dealer license ... $250.00
     1 15 or the amount for the same type of license
     1 16 in the nonresident's state, whichever is
     1 17 greater>.
     1 18 #2.  Page 1, by striking lines 22 through 24 and
     1 19 inserting the following:
     1 20    <Sec. ___.  EFFECTIVE DATE.  This Act, being deemed
     1 21 of immediate importance, takes effect upon enactment.>
     1 22 #3.  Title page, by striking line 3, and inserting
     1 23 the following:  <reciprocity, and providing an
     1 24 effective date.>
     1 25 #4.  By renumbering as necessary.
