In accordance with HCR 103, duly adopted, the Senate proceeded to the House chamber for the joint convention. Major General Timothy Orr presented his Condition of the Iowa National Guard. Upon dissolution of the joint convention, the Senate adjourned until 9:00 a.m. on Friday, January 12, 2018.
