In accordance with HCR 102, duly adopted, the Senate proceeded to the House chamber for the joint convention. Chief Justice Mark Cady presented his Condition of the Judicial Branch address. Upon dissolution of the joint convention, the Senate adjourned until 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 11, 2018.
