Honorable Senators:The concept is acceptable and should be expanded.The question remains whether the sealing should be automatic.Those with resources will clear the record, and the lessor individualwill carry the burden and weight of the record into the grave.More needs to be done to provide a fair restart in life.Respectfully for the bill.Allan
