I support HF203.We should have the most serious penalties for those who violate the innocence of a child. We need to protect our children who are increasingly being targeted for sexual abuse and sex trafficking.Would love to see this law apply to all places in Iowa and all people, including at school and by school employees. We cannot allow schools to be the only place in Iowa where an adult can show minors obscene content, groom, exploit, or sexually abuse or traffic a child. This loophole in the law, makes schools a haven for child predators to lurk in a trusted position with free access to minors.
