Both RSAI and SAI are registered as Undecided on SF 393. We very much would like to see an immediate review of the school finance formula, but would want to see poverty as a topic to be reviewed and considered in any adjustment to the formula. The data is very clear on the impact of poverty on student learning when looking at the overall impact on a school's ability to educate students. If poverty is included as a topic of the study we would very likely declare support for the bill.
