As an Urbandale resident and Iowa Local Leadership Board Member for the American Lung Association, I urge you to support HF 364 to protect Iowans from the harms of vapor products. I also encourage you to consider strengthening this legislation by adding a provision to protect the more than 6,300 casino workers in Iowa who are not currently protected from dangerous secondhand smoke in their workplace under the Iowa Smokefree Air Act. Additionally, given the Smokefree Air Act went into effect 15 years ago, I urge you to update the definition of smoking and how vapor products are referenced and defined in Iowa law. Thank you for your consideration!

Thank you for your consideration! When we allow poor air quality for big business we must recognize that we are putting undue stress on our medical systems.
