Why does this fall into the role of government? If limiting employers to not mandating vaccines was overregulation or interference with private businesses why isnt this? Tort Reform is nothing more than bailouts to corporations for the liabilities they should be responsible for. This is not small government, this is not conserving the constitution, it is private/public partnerships that hinder the free market and the justice due to victims.
